About Me

Growing up in a technology-filled household, my toys were all technology-based: whether it was my first Atari 2600, Amiga Commodore and CDTV, or Windows-based PCs. When I wasn't playing around with technology, I was performing in the theater, playing in a band, or traveling.

Once I entered the work force and began coordinating the implementations of and creating training for SaaS and IT solutions for consumers, small boutique companies, and enterprises, one thing became clear to me: it is my job to ensure that the technology implemented and supported works best for the customer/user.

This site was created to provide a collection of technologies I have worked with through the years that have offered me and the users with whom I have worked a consistently reliable and highly serviceable solution. I also have a general outline of services that I offer across the consumer and business space.

Software and hardware tools are now more integrated in our everyday lives than ever before, and necessary for reaching out into the wider world around us. Because of the intimate nature of these technologies, especially with the increasing integration of AI into our personal and professional lives, it is vital to ensure that these tools are of service and not a hinderance or security threat. Whether the tools are solutions in the collaboration space, which allows teams and groups to collaborate, or data management tools, which keep our most vital data secure, I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that the appropriate software and hardware solutions are properly implemented and supported for users such that it empowers their lives.
